Shopify and payment security

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the online ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and application. Shopify stores data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

Purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete the transaction. After completion, transaction information is deleted.

Third-party services

Third-party providers used by us will generally collect, use, and disclose your information only to the extent necessary to perform their services.

Cookies we use

Below is a list of cookies used by our store so you can choose whether to opt out.

  • _session_id: Unique token, sessional. Allows Shopify to store session information such as referrer and landing page.
  • _shopify_visit: No data held, persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by Shopify’s internal stats tracker.
  • _shopify_uniq: No data held, expires midnight of the next day. Counts visits by a single customer.
  • cart: Unique token, persistent for 2 weeks. Stores information about cart contents.
  • _secure_session_id: Unique token, sessional.
  • storefront_digest: Unique token, indefinite. Used to determine visitor access if the shop has a password.
